Also, we’d like to announce a very exciting series of six classes to be taught by Suzie Addicks titled, “The Cosmic Clock” Level 1. The classes are based on the work of Mark L. Prophet (Ascended Master Lanello) The Masters and the Spiritual Path and Elizabeth Clare Prophet’s Predict Your Future, both published by the Summit Lighthouse. “The classes are only for serious students on the path of ascension and will require work and dedication,” Suzie says. The first class will begin on 17 Jan 2007 and subsequent classes will be held every two weeks.  Anyone wishing to register must commit to take all six classes. Self-Esteem

I want to speak to you about low self-esteem. When someone has low self-esteem, they create situations or draw people around them that will make them the subject of ridicule. For this reason, we speak to you about self-understanding and self-love. We can help you if you to give us permission to withdraw from you, little by little, your negative alignments.

Many of you have a great deal of karma—baggage that you carry with you—and it weighs you down and does not allow you to open up to the finer frequencies of the light bodies.

Many times you become enthralled with the energies that you least wish to experience. That’s what my son meant when he said, “What you fear the most is what you will experience.” The fear passes through the currents of the lower charka system, and it is the reason you need to be aligned with your higher light bodies. The exchange of energy takes place for you on earth within the grids of the lower astral worlds. The energies are in impure states, and this is why I say often that you must clear your energy fields. Your charka system opens up portals into magnetic energy grids that support your belief systems. You are the living reflections of your beliefs. Grounding yourselves, prayer, and meditation are three tools that I recommend you use often. Other excellent tools are taking the time to calm down and using journaling as a way to discover the truth that lies within self. By using these tools, you begin the work of releasing the demands that the negative ego holds over you.

Any attempt to control others shows that you have not yet accessed your higher light bodies; therefore, you remain subject to the lower mind which is encased in a dense fog. What occurs in your lives is that you vibrate to a certain record that is being played by you, and also by others. It is as if you were singing the same song through the tones of fear, discouragement, loss, or separation, etc.

Holding yourselves and others in contempt is another pattern that needs to be overcome. Remember that forgiveness can only work if it is unilateral for all beings. You cannot ask for forgiveness for yourself when you do not wish to forgive others or when you wish to hold grudges towards others. This thinking is inconsistent with the way higher consciousness and higher light operate. When you work with us, we begin the process of initiation and clearing.

There are circuits within self that are closed off to many of you. We have in other communications called these “mind locks.” It is as if you had a ceiling on how far you can go. This, of course, ties into your level of initiation or how much light within your vessels you can hold and also within your minds. We are explaining to you patterns of understanding that create separation. By loving self and respecting all, my son, other great ascended beings, and I begin to prepare you to work within the higher gateways.

Trust that when you work with us, you work with the order of Melchizedek. The Great White Brotherhood comes forth to teach you how to love once more, and how to regain the alignment that many once held. When you come before us, you need to pass through a gateway, which is a threshold of forgiveness and love and mercy. For you to gain understanding and light, you need to open your eyes to all that is within your own lives and within your own patterns of energy.

You need to hold the attitude of service. Because you are one being do not see yourself as powerless. It is important that you understand that one person can change the consciousness of many. Isn’t that what my son demonstrated on earth? I am not saying that you need to stand on a podium and change the beliefs of all of those who walk by you, but I am speaking of the love and the encouragement that you give to others. I am speaking about how you conduct your behavior while you are on earth.

Little by little consciousness and love expand into an understanding that you are each more alike then you realize, and that you are all birthed from one being. I am teaching you some ways not to take on karma. It is important that you learn not to hold grudges. It is up to you to decide who should be in your lives and who should not be, but, remember that, you cannot fully understand another unless you walk in their shoes. Always stay guided by the light.

For all that call upon me, I come forth as the Divine Mother and pour forth divine mercy. Many times I bring you through the early stages of initiations. Know that this is a gift that many of the ascended masters can share with you. I have several ashrams that are located on earth and this why it is easy for so many to feel close to me. Yet in consciousness, I am above your world. I can easily see the patterns of creation of earth. Unfortunately, there will be several more wars. Peace is not ready to return to earth and for this I am saddened. The views that are held by humankind have not yet fully embraced the energies of Love. Humanity still does not understand what it means to love thy neighbor as thyself. There is still much selfishness within the human heart. This is why I call my children to prayer, so that I can guide them on this journey.

 My son and many of the ascended masters coming through Cathy establish great columns of light around our disciples to help them organize the light within the lower bodies. I appreciate sharing with you this message. I am the immaculate Virgin Mary.

Cosmic Forecast

During the coming months, there will be some great energetic changes. We, in the spirit world, are looking forward to the changes and are here to share the great news with you.

Over the next three months, you will feel the shift of energies coming through the cosmos. This shift will bring about change as you have never seen before. The work you have been doing with your love and light will bear significant fruit. This will be a great validation for everyone and will manifest a new energy among you of hope, faith and trust that your good works have come to fruition.

Now, having said this, there is of course still much work to do, so do not become complacent about your daily meditations and prayers! We are relying on all of you to continue your good works. The Universe will be sending out the vibration of change. The ego issues that everyone has been working on, will seem like they were in the past, but you were really just working on them in the last few weeks.

We applaud all of your efforts!!! The Universe is smiling upon you as you honestly work on your “self”. We are working with you to clear out the remnants of issues that no longer serve you. I have said that the vibration of change is upon you for the next three months and if you are diligent in working on your “self”, the winds of change will manifest some grand opportunities for you all!

Many of you will experience new opportunities to serve. Many of you will be given opportunities to meet new people who will help in your service. Many will receive or manifest windfalls of prosperity. This is all dependent on your diligence in working on your “self” and keeping your thoughts balanced and integrated.

We are going to be giving more wisdom regarding integration and balance in your life. You must be especially aware of the things in your life that need balance and follow through with the changes to create that balance. Many of you have issues that you have been procrastinating about in the last few months, and now is the time to honestly face them and take care of the issues or situations. You know what they are and if you are not sure, please meditate and pray about it. The clear answers will be given to you.

We are coming into a new string of energies that will be creating new grids in the Universe. This will directly affect your world and beyond. Some of the cosmic grids now in existence will be changed. The grid changes will affect the ability to ward off negative energy. You might say we are strengthening the grids and infusing a new burst of energy. Just as things in your world need adjustments we will be making adjustments with the cosmic grids.

You will be interested to know how this will affect your world as you know it. The energies as I have described will shift, bringing about more opportunities to be of service and grow. This is why it will be so important for you to be aware of working on your “self” and be diligent in creating positive energy and thoughts within. Of course, this seems as if it is nothing new to you because this is something that is continually a work in progress, but I assure you there will be a different significance.

So many have prayed for an expansion of your gifts, an expansion of your area of service, an expansion of the power of your energy and the ability to manifest significant change in your world. I can say unequivocally that Our Heavenly Father has heard your prayers and will be giving you the answer to your prayers! You are co-creators in this process and will have your tasks to do so if there is one predominant message from Our Heavenly Father at this time it is “God helps those who help themselves.”

What does this mean to you? It means that you must be diligent in continuing to refine your “self.” You are here to work on self mastery. You all strive to become Integrated Spiritual Masters and this is a continuing process throughout your journey in ascension. As negative thoughts come up, surround them in white light and push them directly to the hands of Our Father. Immediately put positive thoughts and affirmations in their place and surround them with the pink light of God’s love. Envision this energy coming completely into your body, and you embodying this energy and thought. You will see the difference in your energy, and yes, it is something that is continually worked on through the ascension process. You can do it! Keep up the great work! You are Magnificent Divine Lights and Masters In Training. You shine as brightly as the stars in the sky! You should see your light from where we are. It is magnificent to behold!

In the next few months, you will see the results of your efforts concerning the energy and prayers you have been sending to the world. You will see the validation and the difference you are making. Some of you see this as a war against darkness and it can be seen that way but you can also look at it as seeing the awakening of souls and the transmutation of energy into love. Let’s talk about the importance of Love’s energy in this process. It has been said over and over again that Love is the most powerful energy in existence. The truth cannot be denied! God created everything with this energy. It is the energy that powers all universes and beyond. Whether you can put a tangible picture to it or not does not matter; it is reality nonetheless. We want to impress upon you the importance of keeping your focus on sending love in every direction.

This is paramount in your development, of course, but it is also paramount in the progress and development of the earth and humanity. We must keep the energy of love moving, keep it flowing and keep it traveling from one heart to another. There is no clearer way to send this message to you. Love will keep us together! The love that you have been sending to the earth and to all the souls on the earth is making a monumental difference!

I am here to acknowledge your gifts, your courage and your spirit! We are all applauding your efforts!!!! There is clapping all around you! We are also here to honor the valiant level of faith you have exhibited and put forth in such a selfless manner. Keep up the Divine Work! We are co-creating Love in this Universe and our Heavenly Father is most pleased. Thank you!

Setting up a Protective Grid
for your Property or Home

It is very important to understand that energy follows thought; thus, when you speak your intentions and say “I Am” that it is so, so it is, and it will be. When you come from your heart, you will create from your God-self and with God. Co-creating with God and with love is good; it is God’s plan for you. However, when you create from the human mind, you create from polarity, not with God. That is what has been done on the planet, and it is not working.

Directions for Setting up Your Grid

First: call to your I Am Presence to enfold, guide and to protect you.
Second: ground yourself to the center of earth.
Third: Holding your hands up toward the sky and to the East, say: “I Am calling the Archangel Lord Michael to enfold, guide and to protect me.  I Am calling my guides and all the angels that are available to me.  I Am calling the Ascended Masters of Light.  I Am calling the entire Christ Matrix and the Great White Brotherhood.  I Am calling Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega in the Great Central Sun, Lord Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, Uriel, Gabriel, Raphael, Zadkiel, Chamuel, Charity, Jophiel, Sandalphon, St. Germain, Lord Sananda, the Cosmic Christ, the Cosmic Mother, Mother Mary, Master Hilarion, Master Kuthumi, Buffalo Calf Woman (and any other master you are familiar and/or work with. You can never have too many masters or angels).   I Am asking to be protected in and by the light of the Living God for my highest good and that of the planet to help me establish this as a place of great light, love, protection and healing for myself and the planet.”

With hands still up and east continue by saying: “I Am calling on the protection of the Mighty Blue Light of Lord Michael and Astrea, the platinum grid and light of Lord Metatron, the pearl-essence white and silver light of my Cosmic Mother, Mother Mary and the Lord of Sirius.  I Am calling on the pure and perfect white light of the Cosmic Christ, Lord Sananda, and Jesus of Earth.” Visualize this light coming out of the east and out of your hands. Move your left hand north, the right hand south and bring the light around to the west seal into a pure perfect sphere of diamond light—set the dimensions of this sphere—“To fully enfold this property in this sphere of light,  I Am filling this sphere with the Violet Flame and love.  I Am asking this flame to transmute all misqualified energy within my being to unconditional love and kindness, while my body rests, for my highest good and the planet. So be it. I Am That I Am.”

With hands still up and east, say: “Nothing but goodness and light can ever enter this space or come to me. Nothing but goodness and light can ever leave this space or me. So be it. I Am That I Am. Any discordant energy that comes to me is turned back to its source, followed with love and forgiveness. So be it. I Am That I Am.”
 
These are instructions to plant light columns of light in the four corners of a property. With hands pointing to each corner, place a Violet Flame column in the four corners and pull them in your mind to the center of the earth. Say that these columns are centered to the crystal center of the mother earth. With mind and hands, draw them back up and to the Violet Flame grid that surrounds the planet. Say: “I Am asking St. Germain, Omri Tass of the Violet Planet, Zadkiel and the Violet Flame Angels to assist me in establishing these columns of Violet Flame to help the Mother Earth and all the people that live on the planet for the highest good of the planet and her people.”

Next, plant pure white Christ light columns between the Violet Flame columns. Declare that these columns are anchored to the heart of the planet and rise up through her to the heart of Lord Metatron, the heart of the Christ Matrix, the heart of the Great White Brotherhood, straight up to the heart of Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega in the Great Central Sun; state: “I Am asking for the light, love and energy for the Mother Earth and all of the people of this planet, for the highest good of all.”

With your hands draw a four sided pyramid over you (where you are sleeping, or standing inside your house). Put a solid gold capstone with a golden white diamond on top. Add the flower of life and your light codes. Form a column of golden white light from your heart straight up through the top to Lord Metatron. Keep forming this column of light up to the heart of the Christ Matrix, the Great White Brotherhood and all the way to the heart of Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega in the Great Central Sun. Ask that this column of light never be broken but strengthened and forever be filled with the love and guidance of the Divine Light for the highest good, for yourself and all.

Then, place your hands over your heart, right hand first and the left over top. Relax in the arms of angels and God. Feel love, and protection beyond measure.

This is where you can begin to talk to God; for example, you can say: “Thank you God, the living Divine Light of All for creating me from your heart. Thank you for everything you give and teach me in every moment.” Speak to your Mother and Father about whatever. Here you can also pray for the planet and the people and any special prayers that may need to be addressed. If you want, you can do some healing work with the planet.

Remember: This grid and intention must be established in the same place, exactly the same every time you set it up, from your heart, every 24 hours for as long you want this to be. That is Spiritual Law. You must ask and re-establish it. With every time, it will get stronger. If you do not establish it every 24 hours, it will dissipate. If you do it long enough, do the work of transmutation, become unconditional love, balance your three-fold flame and karma, you will become how you think. Always remember that you are a child of God and He loves you beyond measure.

Dear Readers,

Getting this project off the ground after all this time is very exciting! We had a few technical glitches and a few other things to overcome, but we are now ready to start the flow of information. Please note that the newsletter will be published every two months instead of every month. We decided that it would be more practical for us to publish the newsletter every two months so that we can also continue our work on other projects. The main focus of the newsletter will be Christ Matrix activities, though future issues may include other related spiritual articles or products.

And, now, for a very important point—This is a call for your input, dear reader. The purpose of the Readers’ Forum is to make this newsletter a two-way communication. We really want to hear from you.
