Energy

Wherever you focus your attention, energy will follow. If you place your thoughts on pleasant things and emotions, you will most likely build energy of like vibration. This does not take into account your karma or the karma of those around you, especially those who you may be co-creating with. One good example of a co-creator is your spouse. When you marry someone, besides your karma, you take on his/her karma. And this is in addition to any joint karmic patterns you might have with your partner.

To illustrate this point, Cathy recalls the time when her husband received a promotion and an opportunity to move to another city. There were several cities he could have chosen. They had a friend in Dallas and many friends in San Antonio so Cathy felt that Dallas was the best choice for them. The first year, though, it was difficult, and Cathy asked Jesus why they wound up taking this city. Jesus said it was a karmic match. Cathy asked master Hilarion, on another occasion, and he told her that her husband had an “impoverished” vibration, thus, he chooses situations he must struggle through. Of course, if a person is trying to create ease and abundance but is married to someone with an impoverished vibration as a core belief, it is easy to understand how karma affects both parties.

In the beginning, Cathy’s teachers would tell her that “like attracts like.” She thought that this meant that she was a terrible person since things she did not want to happen kept happening to her. But as time went on, she realized that that was not what they meant. It was the thoughts and core ideas about life in general that she held. Cathy’s parents grew up in the depression and they engraved on her lack. Cathy wound up marrying a man who was raised by his grandparents, who raised children for others, and again that lack was amplified.

One time, Cathy had a conversation with her niece, who is 10 years younger than Cathy, and she recalls that her niece was laughing one day. She said to Cathy that she was ‘like grandma always worrying and seeing things not working out.’ In that moment, Cathy realized that because her niece’s parents did not engrave that limitation on her that she saw her life very differently. Today Cathy’s niece is very successful.

Archangel Michael showed Cathy, on the inner planes, situations, people and opportunities floating toward her or away from her. As if she were a magnet either attracting or repelling opportunities to her. He told her that this was her energy grid and that it was creating the life energy around her. Many people say “I was in the right place at the right time” or “I had a run of bad luck and I seem to always be in the wrong place and miss an opportunity” not knowing that they are attracting those situations by thinking and talking about them.

Inner Planes

There are etheric levels around earth. This is the 4th dimension. Scientists are now finding out that there are more dimensions than the one we live in and experience. The 4th dimension is where those who are crossing over but have not ascended go. Within the 4th dimension are many subplanes. The veil between us and the 4th dimension is, for some, getting thinner and thinner. This is where psychics see into, and why many can speak to those who have crossed over. Some of what is behind the veil is called the etheric. To most of us, this is an invisible realm. The 4th dimension is a replica of earth without its hardships. Cathy asked her teachers once and was told that in some places in the 4th dimension the inhabitants can see spaceships coming and going. This way, they begin to get used to the idea that life goes beyond their earthly beliefs. There are inhabitants of these regions just like there are inhabitants on earth. Archangel Michael has said that we live inside, what looks like a snow globe and that a huge membrane similar to a rubber band holds us into these frequencies. When a great master ascends, this rubber band opens and lets that great soul through. He said that this is why as mankind journeys out into the solar system they do not find anyone. To find inhabitants in other planets, they need to travel outside the 3rd dimension. The Venus that we see in the night’s sky is only a reflection of the true Venus that is brimming with life.

The inner planes are also part of higher dimensions, and you get there when you have graduated from earth’s experience and its karma. Those who graduate pass through a doorway to the 5th dimension, and some go beyond that doorway. Cathy channels from the 9th dimension and has gone beyond that many times. As you go beyond the 5th dimension, you hold less and less of a physical body. Jesus the Christ has told Cathy that Adam and Eve were in their Adam Kadmon Body, in the 5th dimension, before the fall. They could not find their way back to Eden because as they slept, they were moved to a denser octave in the 3rd dimension where their bodies also became denser. He said that they became the catalyst for this great experiment. Archangel Michael has told Cathy that the higher Heavens did not create the 4th dimension but those of us leaving earth did. He told her that those who took on a 3rd dimensional body were not able to return to the 5th. After their lives on the 3rd dimension, they slept and so the 4th dimension was created as a place for in-between lives, where the personality directed by ego could continue its lessons and learn to become the light of the soul. Within the 4th dimension are seven main levels and within them are seven sublevels and seven within them. Cathy heard one group say that, in all, there are 252 levels just within the 4th dimension. In the 4th dimension, there are places where people live the dream of heaven that they think is their reward. For instance, Archangel Michael says that some people think they go to the happy hunting grounds, although they are not hunting real animals, they are creating that experience as their heaven—they are living the dream.

Soul Travel

Jesus the Christ has been teaching Cathy’s groups how to soul travel. What this means is that they learn to use light bodies that exist in graduated fields of light in other dimensions and other star systems. These are awakened parts of our Monad or I Am Presence that function whether we know of them or not. The students are building a bridge that he calls the Rainbow Bridge or the Anthakarana Bridge that goes from us on earth, like an umbilical cord, to a light body in other parts of our Tree of Life or the Monad. Within the universe, the Monad divides itself into many expressions to experience life, in varying degrees of expression. The cosmic regions are alive with many kinds of wonderful new experiences for those who learn soul travel.

Diamond Merkabah

Jesus has given Cathy’s groups the use of a diamond merkabah, which he says is not part of this solar system. It is a vessel and yet it is alive. Each person’s diamond merkabah may look different. In the classes, Christ’s merkabah is used to transport the group. If you could see it, you would notice that it takes on the qualities of a diamond. In time, as one ascends, it becomes the home or energy field that will hold the ascended master’s consciousness that one has become. During different initiations, Christ attaches the diamond merkabah to your Causal Body.

Light Bodies

In the book The Keys of Enoch, Dr. J.J. Hurtak introduces five light bodies; the Zohar Body is the highest. Currently, through the work of Ms. Sally Le Sar and Dr. Joshua David Stone, the Masters expanded our planet’s understanding to 22 light bodies connected to 22 initiations. The 22 light bodies are listed below. The Masters said that these are the levels that we can attain while we are still on this planet. There are 352 light bodies to the Godhead. For us on earth, the journey has just begun.

Jesus says that the Buddhic Body is not lower than the Christ Body. Lord Buddha has come and worked with Cathy's study groups many times. Lord Buddha is presently our Planetary Logos. The groups also belong to Oversoul Groups and Group Monads, which are not mentioned here. But this does show the work involved and the many steps a student will take on his long journey back to Source.

Cathy's study groups first work on exiting the 4th dimension and entering into the Higher Mental Body, which is the higher self. This creates an opening to the 5th dimension, thus, initiating the work that is ahead of new students. Jesus says that in the area of the Higher Mental Body is where the Ascended Masters begin their students’ training. Before people reach that initiation, they are most likely working with deceased relatives, spirit guides or devas. Jesus says each student is taught individually on the Inner Planes according to their own divine blueprint.

Many times when the Masters speak of the I Am Presence, they are referring to the Higher Monad. In the past, when Cathy was in the Gematrian Body, Mother Mary told her that she was self-realized. Cathy asked her if that meant that she was God-realized, and Mother Mary told Cathy that she still had quite a way to go.

* As Cathy is develops these courses with Jesus, she is working on receiving the Christ Overself, which the Masters call the Christed Oversoul Body. She is also a Member of the Council of Nine on Sirius.

The Three-fold Flame

When Jesus began to teach Cathy, he told her that he was going to begin his teaching through the Three-fold Flame. In most people the Three-fold flame is only a small flicker, but as you can see in the picture, by Suzie Addicks, on the home page, Jesus’ Three-fold Flame is so developed that he is actually standing in it and it expands all around him. This is what he says we should be striving towards.

Cathy began her path with Jesus by doing some research. A good place to learn about the Three-fold Flame is at the Summit Lighthouse website. The links below will take you to the Three-fold Flame, to an explanation of the Divine Self, and to a picture of it.

Jesus told Cathy that the Three-fold Flame is the fire of the Causal Body.

Divine Self

After you look at the picture of the Divine Self, note that the Causal bodies are the rings around the I Am Presence that a student experiencing ascension begins to move through. Each person’s Causal Body may not look exactly the same. This has to do with the different rays you have worked with and the amount of light you have achieved for yourself. Mother Mary calls this our Treasury or Light or our eternal bank account. In Cathy’s early classes, Mother Mary would always ask “What have you put in your Treasury of Light today?” There are some religions that say that the bible does not say that good deeds get you into heaven. Cathy disagrees; she can only say that they are missing the teachings of the Causal Body and its Treasury of Light.

Some of you may be aware that not all pictures of the Divine Self show the middle figure. The reason is that some groups do not recognize the middle figure of the Higher Mental Body because they want to focus on the I Am Presence. When Cathy asked Mary Magdalene about this, Mary Magdalene told her that the Higher Mental Body is a major initiation and should be acknowledged. This is the reason that Cathy prefers the chart at the Summit Lighthouse website. Nevertheless Cathy’s website offers links to the “Ascension Research Foundation” and the “Temple of the Presence.” Both organizations depict the Divine Self without the middle figure, but both organizations do excellent work, so they are listed here. Each student should be aware of differences in perceptions held by the various teachers/ authors and decide for himself/herself. It is up to each of us to determine which chart is right for our meditations and visualizations.

What to Do

If you are reading this and feel that ascension is right for you, begin to ask for it. You will be placed on a path of initiation and the cycle of rebirth will end. This does not mean that you will not have a life on another planet, but you will be more awake to the eminence of the work of the Great White Brotherhood in this universe. Our universe is just one among many. We live in a small Son universe working our way home. There are many teachers who are part of the higher kingdoms awakening to show others the doorway home. Be among those who hear the call. This provides not only an opportunity for you but for all those you love to awaken from their dream of separation.

This, of course, is the problem with astral travel and psychic realms and teachings.
